REFUND POLICY:
We DO NOT REFUND orders. All items are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue. Production takes 4 to 6 weeks for domestic orders and 5 to 7 weeks for international orders, excluding weekends and holidays. This timeline allows our team to focus on detail, quality, and craftsmanship. Please make sure you order the right design with the right size. If you have placed an order with the wrong address I won’t be able to do anything from my end so please make sure you have entered the correct information. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE & HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Because all our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order, our shipping process is a bit different from typical retailers. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue and when your item has finished production, it will be shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
• Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–14 business days after shipment
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. The shipping time is 4 to 6 weeks for domestic orders and 5-7 weeks for International orders. Once the order has shipped, we send you an email with your tracking number and tracking website.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.
